To attempt to make political hay out of human tragedy is not only sick, stupid and asinine, it is just plain moronic. How in the hell does this guy get a radio show making millions of dollars? Because the US is full of racist assholes who share his view. Rush parties have replaced Klan meetings. Racists can claim to be conservative, not racist, while hiding under Rush's robe.

Why didn't this asshole die in Hawaii? Did he not have enough drugs to overdose?

People like this survive so that the world knows that evil still exists. That we have to remain vigilant so that their stupid, moronic ideas die with them and are not passed on to future generations. He exists so that people will see the Republicans for what they really are, racists, with an Uncle Tom as their public persona.

Rush has not only exposed himself, again, but all of the Republicans who support him as bigots who don't want the nation to succeed under the leadership of a Black man. The radio station he works for should be boycotted immediately and his sponsors publicy shamed. Haitians in South Florida should seek him out and picket his home and doctors office until he dies. Then bury his putrid, stinking carcass in a sewage pit.

4 Police Officers Among 6 Indicted Over Race-Related Beating

Attorney General Eric Holder is at it again announcing indictments for 6 racists, including 4 police officers in the beating death of Luis Ramirez in July 2008 in Shenandoah, Pennsylvania.

Good ole boys Derrick Donchack, then 19, and Brandon Piekarsky,then 17, are charged with hate crimes for beating Mr. Ramirez to death after a night of drinking and funnin at a local festival. Donchack and Piekarsky baited Mr. Ramirez into a fight, then kicked him to death while their friends shouted racial slurs.

Then the Police stepped in to serve and protect. Police Chief Matthew Nestor, Lt. William Moyer and Officer Jason Hays are charged with conspiring to obstruct justice and civil rights violations. Officer Hays was screwing Piekarsky's mother and Lt. Moyer's son played football with the murderers and probably cheered them on. Police Capt. Jamie Gennarini, Nestor's second in command, just happened to be caught up on charges for a separate extortion ring the department was running on the side regarding illegal gambling. He also offerred to let a local businessman out of jail for $2,000 bucks.

In June 2009, a local, all white jury acquitted these racist bastards on charges of felony aggravated assault, 3rd degree murder, ethnic intimidation, and hindering apprehension. They were convicted of simple assault, a misdemeanor, and sentenced to up to 23 months in the county jail.

After the town became divided and locals gathered over 50,000 signatures on a petition, Gov. Ed Rendell sent a letter to Eric Holder recommending civil rights charges.

While the charges are too little, too late, the defendants could receive life sentences for the civil rights violations. While Eric might not be able to fry the big fish, like Bush, Cheney, and Rumsfield, he can keep us distracted with small fish, like Donchack and Piekarsky and throw a few bucks towards Native people to keep them pacified for the next four years.

While I applaud these actions, there is a lot more he could accomplish. Start with tracing the money trail from all the drug money laundered in this country and prosecute government officials responsible for cocaine distribution in minority communities during Iran-Contra. Compensate ALL the victims of COINTELPRO and apologize for the governments' actions. Prosecute whoever leaked the name of our CIA Agent. Prosecute and torture those responsible for approving torture techniques and rendition. Release all prisoners convicted of non-violent marijuana offenses immediately. Look into all cases of police brutality and shootings for possible hate crimes violations.

Start there, then release Leonard Peltier and Mumia Abu Jamal, and I will finally believe justice can be achieved for minorities in this country. Until then, its just lip service.

Black "Indians"- A Secret History

There are many similarities between African and native people.

Both believed in a spirit world, not organized religion. Both valued the earth and all the creatures in it. Both celebrated, prayed, and sought community through the dance and song. Both sought harmony with the world, not conquest.

Many people are unaware that some of the most famous "Americans" in history were Black Indians. Crispus Attucks, the first man to die for the freedom of this country was a Black Indian. So was Cherokee Bill, who made Billy the Kid look like a school boy.

Our history and culture are united by our treatment in this country. Our cultures were seperated in the same way we were seperated from white culture through Jim Crow laws, segregation, poverty, and disenfranchisement.

No matter what, this bond must be made strong.

There is only one thing I fail to understand abut our Native brothers and sisters. Why do they listen to country music? It sucks.

Israel Discriminates Against Ethiopian Jews

This should really come as no surprise.

The state of Israel invites Jews from all over the world to move to land they stole. Openly practice religious discrimination by requiring individuals to convert to Judaism to become citizens. Then treat them like second class citizens.

I guess the Israelis have never asked themselves where they come from.

Moses and Abraham were not from Israel originally. The Hebrews were from Africa and enslaved in Egypt. Therefore, the first Hebrews had to be Black or African. They had to be from Nubia or Ethiopia or surrounding areas. Egyptians rarely ventured into Mesopotamia. All the wealth and power were in Africa. Hebrews only became lighter in color through centuries of living in the Middle East, Europe, and Russia. After the alleged exodus.

Why treat our Brothers like slaves? because they are no different than the Arabs to the state. Second class citizens to provide a cheap labor force, except all the jobs are filled. They never expected so many Africans to show up.

They obviously don't know their own history.

Racism In Brazil

Another story the US media will not run. Any honest discussion on race here is avoided like the plague.

Even in a nation of Mixed race people, Blacks are discriminated against. Brazil was built by Africans. Every school, church, plantation and street. However, no Black has ever been elected President of Brazil. The Samba, Voodoo, and Carnivale are all African traditions embraced by the country. The women even have African asses!

Not one person has been able to explain why Whites treat us as animals all over the world. The original man was born in Africa, yet every poster on evolution shows a white man springing from the ape. That is the real reason Whites want "intelligent design" taught in schools. It hides the fact that Blacks were the original humanas.

Walmart Scuffle Leads To Charges Of Racism

Kinda reminds me of an incident that happened to my father.

Back in the mid-60's, our family stopped at a Big Boy Restaurant to eat. After getting the food, my father counted his change and found that he was $10 short. He asked that the cashier check to see if he had recieved all of his change, she angrily asked that he pull into the parking lot while she got the manager. As my father was recounting his change, the White manager walked out, accompanied by two police officers, hands on their guns.

My father discovered that his change was correct, apologized, and we left. The cops looked dissapointed.

Similar to what happened to this sister. Who gives a shit if she cut line at Walmart. Sometimes the lines are not well defined and stragglers jump in and out all the time. She did not deserve to be followed by police. She defended herself and was arrested for sassing the cops, just like Louis Gates. Now she is looking at 15 years for being a strong Black woman.

Who is Sunny Hostin? Did she forget she was Black when she became a prosecutor? Why is she defending racist cops and Walmart? I guess she has never been the victim of racial discrimination. To tell someone not to stand up for their rights, to watch their mouth, and permit racists to abuse you is akin to modern day slavery. This bitch should be ashamed. (I only call women bitches who deserve it.)

This is why the Black Panthers were necessary. They helped defend innocent Black people against police brutality and racism. Now we depend on the ACLU and the NAACP who's heads are firmly stuck up their asses. No protests have taken place, no investigation of the pigs, only charges for a Black woman who stood up for herself.

This proves beyond a shadow of a doubt that there is no longer a civil rights movement in the United States. Whites believe racism no longer exists and minorities believe there is no justice, so why bother.

Black Students Denied Entry To Chicago Club

Again, young, educated Blacks are amazed when confronted with open racism in the 21st century.

African-Americans coming up today are taught that racism was abolished immediately after Martin Luther King's speech in Washington D.C. That all people are treated equally. See, we have a Black President.

The Bouncers and Managers at this club had obviously been instructed to keep as many Black people out as possible. They didn't bat an eye as this poor student pled his case. Explaining what a "good nigger" he was.

When I moved to Chicago in the early 80's, I was immediately informed by a girlfriend that Blacks confined themselves to the South side and the West side of the city. Whites controlled the Loop, the North side and the East side. Blacks were routinely denied access to clubs, refused service in restaurants, and in some cases openly attacked if they ventured outside their area.

Authors like John Hope Franklin, Claude Brown,Bobby Seale, and Eldridge Cleaver should be required reading for young people today. Bury My Heart At Wounded Knee and the Autobiography of Malcolm X should be read before graduating High School by all students.

Then young people would realize that racism never died, it just changed from overt to covert. Sometimes it's still overt, but, you gotta know the difference.

The nite club has since agreed to send it's managers to diversity training and blah, blah, blah. Nothing can replace the feeling of embarrassment and humiliation felt by these young students as they were denied entry when whites are admitted. Shameful.

Sue their asses has become the remedy in cases like this.

In my day, someone would drive by later that night and throw a brick through the window, start a fire, or in some cases shoot the bouncer. Had these been black people that know racism immediately when they see it, this enitre situation could have ended badly.

NFL Union Chief Comes Out Against Rams Sale

NFL Union Chief Demaurice Smith has also come out against the sale of the Rams to Rush Racist. However, some sellouts like "Scoop Jackson" and Mercury Morris have come out in favor of the sale.

How do these idiots make it on television. Scoops position is that if Rush has the money he will probably get a team. Mercury Morris wants him to get a team "so he will see what it's like to be in the trenches" as an NFL owner. Their rationale is flawed, idiotic, buffonish. However, these idiots' opinions are widely sought by ESPN, CNN, and others to divide and soften a unified stance. Whites can now point to these idiots and say, "Mercury said it was OK." What a crock.

Sure, we'll speak up about Limbaugh, but let Daniel Snyder, that racist who owns the Kansas City Chiefs, and the bigot who owns the Cleveland Indians off the hook. Why? Because we are stoopid! Obama Wins The Nobel Peace Prize-Conservative Heads Explode

President Barack Obama won the prestigious Nobel Peace Prize and world recognition as an agent for peace in the world.

Instead of praising the President, political pundits all over America have howled and screamed that he didn't deserve it. That he is a wartime President that has done nothing to advance the cause of peace. Yet, no pundit has indicated who they thought was more deserving. The conservatives cheered when America lost out on the Olympic bib for Chicago and booed when Obama won the Nobel Peace Prize.

He deserves the Nobel Peace Prize. The prize is for individuals who advance the cause of peace while surrounded by hatred. The same pundits who argue that Obama didn't deserve the award are the same assholes who said Dr. King didn't deserve it. He was also surrounded by hatred. He was called names, beaten in the streets, and jailed. Yet, he maintained that peaceful protest was the only real way to effect change.

Obama has enacted many policies that have advanced the cause of peace. He opened a new dialog with North Korea resulting in new talks on nuclear weapons and the release of two American journalists. He ended the missile defense shield in Europe which caused great apprehension in Russia and Eastern Europe. He started a new dialogue with the Muslim world based on mutual respect. He is drawing down the troops in Iraq and letting the Iraqis decide their own future. He is pushing for healthcare for all Americans, which will directly benefit the poor. He even met with a racist cop and his victim to try to heal the racial divide in this country which has existed for 400 years. He has done all these things while confronted by hatred and racism. Not from foreign leaders, but, from his own people. Any other African-American would have slapped the shit out of Joe Wilson, but not Barack Obama. For that reason alone, give him the award.

Pundits fail to mention any of his accomplishments while denigrating him for getting the worldwide recognition he deserves. They howl that the only reason he got the award was that he is not George Bush. That giving him the award was a repudiation of Bush policies more than anything he personally has accomplished. they point to the fact that President Obama and his staff were just as surprised as the rest of the nation. They immediatelty wanted to know what he was going to do with the 1.4 million dollar award, then sneered when he said he would donate it to charity. What a crock.

There has never been a Nobel Prize winner of any kind who said "I deserve this award and thanks for recognizing that I am better than the rest of those losers." Never. No one asked the other American Nobel Prize winners what they planned to do with the award money, only Obama. No one asks if the other Nobel prize winners will "earn" their award, only Obama.

Still more hatred for a man who has only tried to advance the cause of peace, dialog, and understanding. Still think he is undeserving?

Facebook Runs Poll-"Should Obama Be Killed?"

Any remaining doubts that the enemies of Obama are driven by racism and hate, were eliminated when a poll published on Facebook asked if Obama should be killed. Although the Secret Service will probably identify the culprit, as Michael Corleone said in Godfather III " our true enemy has yet to reveal himself."

The stage is being set for an attempt on the President's life. An atmosphere of hate is building in the White community resulting in disruptions at town hall meetings, idiots showing up at political events with guns, and yelling at the President during an address to Congress.

What next?

The hatred for Regan, Kennedy, and Ford was far less vehement. Yet, all three had attempts made on their lives, one successful. The hatred for Obama is being whipped into a fever pitch by the right wing. Most of the protestors have no idea why they are mad. They cannot possibly be upset that he is trying to bring healthcare to over 30 million uninsured. The bailout of the banks and AIG helped prevent the economy from collapsing, no problem there. Bringing the troops home from Iraq is a big positive. Why hate the man?

The only difference is his race. Jimmy Carter had the guts to say it, yet no one supported his view. Black leaders and pundits were paraded on television to repudiate him, and all did (with the notable exception of Roland Martin.)

Instead of setting up low level wannabe Al-Qaeda idiots the F.B.I should become actively involved in investigating potential threats to the President. There are far more right wing terrosists than there are Islamic terrorists in this country.

The asshole who published this poll should be publicly identified and jailed. Everyone who voted "yes" in the poll should be questioned, placed under surveliance, or jailed. Treat these assholes like drug dealers. Both spread hatred and death.

Carter Stands Firm

Gotta love Jimmy Earl. He will not back down in the face of criticism over his belief that a "fringe" element of the teabaggers are racist. The teabagger movement refuses to identify and drive out this fringe element. Instead they are embraced.

White backlash is nothing new. When slaves escaped the south for freedom in the north, fugitive slave acts were passed, returning slaves and freedmen alike to bondage in the south. When slaves were freed and given the right to vote, Jim Crow and segregation laws, poll taxes, and Grandfather Clauses were enacted to appease the racists and disenfranchise the black citizens. When Civil Rights legislation was passed in 1964, all major African American leaders were killed or imprisoned by 1968 and a right wing racist elected President. Now that an African American has been elected President, the racists have taken to the streets. Their teabagger protest in Washington on 9/12 resembled a Klan rally. The only thing missing were the white robes and burning cross.

Carter remembers these times. He does not wish to repeat the failings of the pass. We MUST support him as the racists attempt to discredit him. Where in the fuck are Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson? They should be standing shoulder to shoulder with Jimmy Carter right now. It is becoming increasingly obvious that they are self-serving, ego maniacal sellouts only interested in issues that will enhance their own status.

Carter is right. We must repudiate the racists whereever we see them. Expose them for who they are by asking serious questions about their motives. Shouting them down when they issue racists statements. Kick their asses.

Carter Calls Teabaggers Racist

Finally someone other than a Black man has called the teabaggers racist. The press can't state the obvious for fear of losing viewers. Sharpton and Jackson can't do it because they are percieved as always shouting racism. The President can't do it because the conservatives would claim he is whining. Jimmy Earl has nothing to lose. He is widely respected, supremely qualified, and just the right person to call it like he sees it. The media doesn't know what to do now without starting the race debate. No white person wants to debate race relations. It might lead to reparations somehow. Can't have that.

The teabaggers can't throw out the racists. They make up two thirds of the group. If one is asked to leave they all will. Uneducated morons are almost always racist. Old white people are almost always racist. Thats most of the group.

Most whites want to believe that racism no longer exists. Hell, we have a Black President, one sits on the Supreme Court, a few in the Senate. That makes us all equal. Sure we lock up more Hispanics and African Americans per capita than whites, but, they commit more crimes. Sure the unemployment rate is double for minoritities, but, they just don't want to work. Sure, a Black man was dragged to death, he needed a ride! Pay no attention to those witch doctor signs, catcalls, and claims that the President is "stealing" the country. Don't all niggers steal?

Thank you Jimmy Earl! At least one white man has the courage to tell it like it is. Don't expect the racists to leave the teabaggers. We must shame them in the streets when we see them. Call them racists. Kick their asses. Let them know that we see them and will not forget. Then maybe this country can engage in an honest discussion of the race question and make amends.

Black Candidate Recieves Death Threats In Germany

I think the heading for this story should be "Duh". Yes the Nazi party is alive and well in the Fatherland. What the hell made this idiot think that the country had changed that drastically in 60 years to allow his black ass to run for office? What is he doing in Germany in the first place? His talents and resources are sorely needed in Angola. The Germans will not protect him. They will stand around shaking their heads, thumbs in ass, as this idiot lies dead in the street.

There is a tradition in the south where Black people nod or speak to each other in passing, no matter how many we may pass in a day. We do that to remind each other that we are similarly situated here in America. That if anything happens, like a lynch mob breaking out or riot, that we are all together. We speak to remind each other to look out for one another.

President Obama Retreats From Racism

I guess the President has to apologize to the white cops just so he can pass health care? He must turn a blind eye to blatant discrimination for the good of all?
