Tiger Woods' nigger wake up call is becoming a nightmare. How the hell can a guy go from a simple car accident in his front yard to whore monger and steriod king in the course of a few weeks? Gotta be a black man to accomplish that.

What do OJ Simpson, Michael Jackson, Jack Johnson and Tiger Woods have in common? They were all rich Black men who thought they could get away with dating white women. The system may smile at you publicly, but privately they can't wait for any opportunity to cause your swift and sudden demise.

I can understand why he doesn't talk to Charles and Spike. These morons can't keep their mouths shut! They are already on TV discussing the fact that Tiger changed his number. What dicks!

Unfortunately, Tiger has placed himself on an emotional island. There is no one he can trust at this crucial moment in his life. No brothers, sisters, uncles, friends or even fraternity brothers. Only dickheads looking to profit in any way they can from being in any way associated with him.

Spike and Charles should shut the fuck up. If Tiger does reach out to either one of you buffons, shut the fuck up!

4 Police Officers Among 6 Indicted Over Race-Related Beating

Attorney General Eric Holder is at it again announcing indictments for 6 racists, including 4 police officers in the beating death of Luis Ramirez in July 2008 in Shenandoah, Pennsylvania.

Good ole boys Derrick Donchack, then 19, and Brandon Piekarsky,then 17, are charged with hate crimes for beating Mr. Ramirez to death after a night of drinking and funnin at a local festival. Donchack and Piekarsky baited Mr. Ramirez into a fight, then kicked him to death while their friends shouted racial slurs.

Then the Police stepped in to serve and protect. Police Chief Matthew Nestor, Lt. William Moyer and Officer Jason Hays are charged with conspiring to obstruct justice and civil rights violations. Officer Hays was screwing Piekarsky's mother and Lt. Moyer's son played football with the murderers and probably cheered them on. Police Capt. Jamie Gennarini, Nestor's second in command, just happened to be caught up on charges for a separate extortion ring the department was running on the side regarding illegal gambling. He also offerred to let a local businessman out of jail for $2,000 bucks.

In June 2009, a local, all white jury acquitted these racist bastards on charges of felony aggravated assault, 3rd degree murder, ethnic intimidation, and hindering apprehension. They were convicted of simple assault, a misdemeanor, and sentenced to up to 23 months in the county jail.

After the town became divided and locals gathered over 50,000 signatures on a petition, Gov. Ed Rendell sent a letter to Eric Holder recommending civil rights charges.

While the charges are too little, too late, the defendants could receive life sentences for the civil rights violations. While Eric might not be able to fry the big fish, like Bush, Cheney, and Rumsfield, he can keep us distracted with small fish, like Donchack and Piekarsky and throw a few bucks towards Native people to keep them pacified for the next four years.

While I applaud these actions, there is a lot more he could accomplish. Start with tracing the money trail from all the drug money laundered in this country and prosecute government officials responsible for cocaine distribution in minority communities during Iran-Contra. Compensate ALL the victims of COINTELPRO and apologize for the governments' actions. Prosecute whoever leaked the name of our CIA Agent. Prosecute and torture those responsible for approving torture techniques and rendition. Release all prisoners convicted of non-violent marijuana offenses immediately. Look into all cases of police brutality and shootings for possible hate crimes violations.

Start there, then release Leonard Peltier and Mumia Abu Jamal, and I will finally believe justice can be achieved for minorities in this country. Until then, its just lip service.

Obama Meets With Native American Leaders-Offers $1.4 Billion To Settle Lawsuit

President Obama met with representatives of 386 nations on Thursday, fulfilling a campaign promise to discuss Native issues. Accompanied by Secretary of the Interior Ken Salazar and several Cabinet members, the President acknowledged government misdeeds marked by violence broken promises, and treaty violations. He also said that the government failed to properly consult native American leaders and communities leading to current conditions of unemployment up to 80% on reservations, 25% living in poverty, and 10% of homes without electricity or running water. "You were told your lands, your religion, your cultures, and your languages were not yours to keep," said Obama.

These are the same issues surfaced by Russell Means, Dennis Banks, and Clyde Bellacourt over thirty years ago. For over 400 years, no government official has publicly stated the obvious and apologized for it.

The President also took questions and comments from the elders gathered and directed federal agencies to develop recommendations within 90 days on how best to improve tribal participation in key government policy decisions.

On Monday, the Justice Department announced a settlement offer of a lawsuit filed by Native Americans in 1996. Thousands of Native Americans would receive at least $1,000 each, or $1.4 Billion to settle the suit over mismanagement of Native American revenue.

The lawsuit had accused the government of failing to account for money held in Individual Indian Money Accounts, which are supposed to represent the value of property individual Native Americans, held and managed by government trustee.

The government would also agree to establish a $2 billion program to buy small fractions of land to help sellers obtain value from ancestral property, which would then be held by tribal governments.

While this proposal does not cover the decades of genocide and treaty violations, it is at least a start. The government made billions of dollars over the years leasing out Native American land to ranchers, miners, oil barons, and the military. No Native American was ever paid a nickle for the use of land that was owned communally. The government can't figure out who owns the land because the concept of land ownership was foreign to Native people. They did not own the land, the land owned them!

Elouise Cobell (Blackfeet) said that "the settlement was not fair, but, in the future we may be treated more fairly." She said that the defendants were just worn down from thirteen years of legal battles.

It is ironic that the same things that the American Indian Movement demanded thirty years ago at Wounded Knee, , honoring treaty rights, a full accounting of Native American funds, are now being won through the courts. True Freedom Fighters like Russell Means, Dennis Banks, Clyde Bellacourt, Ward Churchill, and many others will never get the recognition they deserve for laying their lives on the line time and time again.

Sure, $1,000 per Native American is nothing in the grand scheme of things,but, it is more than has ever been offered before. After Obama, the door will close on Native American relations for another hundred years. Now is the time to make your voices heard if the Black Hills are ever to be returned, the BIA abolished, and sovereignty restored to Native people.

Why The Salahis Are Not In Jail

This blatant security breach at the White House proves one thing with certainty, a White man in a Tuxedo with a blond on his arm can go damn near anywhere.

What the hell were the Secret Service Agents thinking? They let in two people who were not on the guest list, who had not been background checked, and gave them direct access to the most powerful people on the planet. With a name like Salahi? It could just as well have been Bin Laden!

The Secret Service is now trying to place the blame on the colored girl, the Press Secretary. The administration is shielding her, and rightfully so, as she had no part in this debacle. They now point to the 92 past security breaches that have occurred in the past twenty years to deflect blame. If terrorists or nut jobs wanted to see the latest advances in homeland security they need only attend a White House dinner.

President Obama Sends 30,000 Troops To Afghanistan

In a decision designed to placate Republicans, President Obama announced that 30,000 additional troops would be deployed to Afghanistan.

After doubling the number of troops deployed by Bush-Cheney, with no result, the additional troops are supposed to root out Al Qaeda and keep the Taliban from taking over the country. General McChrystal, a staunch Republican, requested 40,000 additional troops.

Strange that no troops were requested under Bush. He and CIA Director Tenet declared the war over. The Northern Alliance had defeated the Taliban, who were on the run in the mountains of Tora Bora. Osama Bin Laden was holed up in a cave somewhere. All the troops were then sent to Iraq to start a war based on lies.

Now that additional troops are being sent to fight a war that is just beginning, the Democrats are howling their disapproval. Crying in their whiskey. Where were these same Democrats when the war started? Why no disapproval of Bush's plans? They sat idly by while 150,000 troops were deployed to a country that never attacked us, resulting in the loss of over 5,000 American lives and hundreds of thousands of Iraqis. Hypocrites.

President Obama is deploying the troops to save the Democrats seats in the House and Senate in 2010. There can be no other reason. He knows that the Democrats are vulnerable because of their inability to unite on health care. Not giving the military the resources they say they need to finish the job in Afghanistan only further weakens their ability to hold majorities in Congress. Only an idiot would not send the troops requested. If Al Qaeda attacked the mainland again, Obama would look like a complete fool and surely loose in 2012 if he did not send the troops.

He is not naive enough to believe that 30,000 troops will succeed where 100,000 have failed. However, the pressure is now on Robert Gates and the Joint Chiefs to win. It also makes a pullout easier when they fail. John McCain is already whining that there should be no timetable. Total war forever is his mantra.

Even Cheney has reared his dickhead and claimed that Obama was "dithering" with his decision. What did Dick and Bush do for eight years if they weren't dithering? They let Osama escape, the opium trade re surge, and the country deteriorate. Nothing more.

Now that the Taliban and Al Qaeda know that additional troops are on the way, they will simply melt into the countryside or across the border with Pakistan to wait us out. They don't have long supply lines to maintain. They don't have to build bases and spend billions of dollars on equipment and transportation. They live there. They know every nook and cranny of the country and everybody in it. They speak a common language, share a common religion, and a history of kicking the shit out of foreigners.

The Democrats should shut up and support their President because he is saving their asses from defeat next year, something they don't appear to be to concerned about. Close ranks on something, ANYTHING, or suffer the consequences!

Tiger Persecuted By The Media

When you don't have any evidence to bring a Black man down, make up your own!

Forget about the fact that no drugs or alcohol were involved. Fabricate your own story and keep repeating it until it is true. Forget about the real demons in our midst, let's demonize a Black man minding his own business. Why? To destroy Black role models of course. So that Black kids will see that all Black men are no good, no matter how much they give to charity and set positive examples for our community.

Even Black comedians jump on the bandwagon to increase their profile in the white community and get better ratings for their shitty TV shows. See, I agree with you white folks, now give me money!

Can you imagine the uproar if Tiger had been drunk or had a hooker in the car! The Presidents' decision on Afghanistan would be page two news.

At least the Black man being interviewed saw through the bullshit. He has probably been the victim of this same type of witchhunt at his job, by police, or while shopping.

Cop Killer Shot

As I said yesterday, accused cop killer Maurice Cleamons was shot and killed by Seattle police this morning.

The police had no intention of taking Cleamons alive. As he revealed himself, wounded in the abdomen and bleeding, the police ordered him to show his hands. As he staggered around the car, the police shot him in the back.

People suspected of shooting cops are rarely taken alive. Black people suspected of shooting cops are never taken alive. There can be no defense for mental illness, police brutality or black rage. Just another dead Black man.

End of story.

Four Cops Killed In Washington

Before they announced a suspect I knew it was a Black man.

Black people have been harassed, tazed, and shot by police for decades. It was only a matter of time before they began to shoot back.

Of course there are the obvious questions. Why was a convicted felon out on the street? Where did he get the gun? What spawned his hatred of police? How can a person suspected of raping a thirteen year old get out on bond? How did he move to Washington from Arkansas?

Thanks to Governor Mike Huckleby four police officers are dead and their families are mourning. I refuse to mourn police officers because they never mourn when they murder us. This time they harassed the wrong brother and he took his revenge. The remaining cops are looking to shoot him on sight.

It is probably not a coincidence that all of the murdered cops were white. Even though the shooter is probably crazy, he was not crazy enough to shoot black cops. He stalked the murdered cops and observed their habits for days before he acted. There is a reason for that.

My blog is full of stories of cops tazing and shooting unarmed B
lacks, Hispanics and even Asians without consequence. The incident is usually swept under the rug, the officer suspended for a few days with pay. Fathers are routinely threatened with the loss of their children, incarceration, or beaten by police and probation officers.

Payback is a bitch.

Unfortunately, Mr. Cleamons story will never be told as plans are being made to kill him. Hopefully, he will find time to write a note explaining his actions, although it will probably never see the light of day.

RIP brother Cleamons. Maybe you will find the peace in heaven you never found here.

The Hunt For Tiger Woods

Tiger Woods got his nigger wake up call this week after a traffic accident in his own neighborhood. The press and police are relentlessly hounding him for more information. Insinuating that drugs, alcohol, and a domestic dispute were involved, although no evidence points to either case. He is being denigrated for not speaking with police, although no one was injured except Tiger, a tree, and a fire hydrant.

Being married to a white woman, living in an exclusive neighborhood, and becoming the first billion dollar athlete is no insulation from the white media that will go to any lengths to bring him down. As Stevie Wonder says, "you might have the cash, but you can not cash in your face."

Two State Police cars were sent to interview Woods at his Isleworth home. One to question him and one to arrest him. Both looking to become famous. Although he is under no legal obligation to speak with them he is being raked over the coals by the media, attempting to manufacture a story where none exists.

Why? To bring the man down of course.

Ask yourself if this would happen to Jack Nickalus, Arnold Palmer, or even Phil Mickleson. John Daley gets drunk at tournaments and passes out in parking lots, yet he is beloved by the media. Instead of sending him get well cards and inquiring about his health, they print pictures of restaurant hostesses and claim he is sleeping around. Instead of honoring his request for privacy, they camp out across the street from his neighborhood and question the neighbors. Constantly asking why he won't talk to them. What a crock of shit.

Tiger released a statement, but of course the media blew it off as nonsense. The police are now attempting to look at his medical records just so they can release them to the media to further embarrass the man, since they can't charge him with a crime.

I live approximately six miles from Tiger, and this is no surprise. The same State Troopers persecuting him are the ones that attempted to prosecute Wesley Snipes about ten years ago. They sent a small bag of marijuana all the way to the FBI lab in DC to check for fingerprints in a unsuccessful attempt to charge him with drug possession after a traffic stop. Racist Pigs!

Tiger has been a model citizen. He gives to charity, attends local sporting events, and pays enormous taxes. He deserves the same privacy afforded any citizen. It's bad enough that he was injured, now they want to find an excuse to jail him. They will not let up until he makes a formal statement that they can then attempt to verify or discredit in an attempt to cost him endorsements at the very least.

Tiger should only look to OJ and Michael Jackson for examples of what happens to famous black men who try to walk in the white world. He should take this opportunity to rejoin the race he belongs to. We have your back. The whites do not.

He should issue one more statement that simply says "leave me the fuck alone!

In The Beginning

Black "Indians"- A Secret History

There are many similarities between African and native people.

Both believed in a spirit world, not organized religion. Both valued the earth and all the creatures in it. Both celebrated, prayed, and sought community through the dance and song. Both sought harmony with the world, not conquest.

Many people are unaware that some of the most famous "Americans" in history were Black Indians. Crispus Attucks, the first man to die for the freedom of this country was a Black Indian. So was Cherokee Bill, who made Billy the Kid look like a school boy.

Our history and culture are united by our treatment in this country. Our cultures were seperated in the same way we were seperated from white culture through Jim Crow laws, segregation, poverty, and disenfranchisement.

No matter what, this bond must be made strong.

There is only one thing I fail to understand abut our Native brothers and sisters. Why do they listen to country music? It sucks.

U.S. Dissaproves Of Expansion Of Jewish Settlements

I hope my Native brothers and sisters will forgive me, but, I could not let this pass in a season of so-called Thanksgiving.

How tepid a response can you give? Gee guys,we sure wish you wouldn't expand settlements into east Jerusalem. You know that doesn't make things better. But we appreciate you thinking about slowing down.

In the meantime, land is being stolen by the city block. Palestinians' homes are being demolished and men, women, and children thrown into the street, jailed or killed if they protest. Used as human shields if anyone shoots back. Bomb their factories, schools and hospitals.

How could Saddam, Noriega, or Mullah Omar be any worse than Benjamin Netanyahu (I think it's pronounced what-a-yahoo). We decry genocide in Darfur and Kosovo, but sit silently as it openly takes place in Jerusalem. The Israelis are daring someone to take action, yet no country will. When the Palestinians fire crude weapons in self defense, the Israelis open up with tanks, helicopters, and white phosphorus.

This whole story being played out in the West Bank and Gaza Strip is the exact same story as the Black Hills here in America. Slowly take by force that which can not be won by treaty. Kill anyone who protests by calling them a "militant" (see Crazy Horse, Sitting Bull, etc.) Steal the land.

No Western or Eastern power will protest or support the Palestinian cause, they are not white people. Arab states have been placated with treaties, money, and oil contracts. They all talk a great game, but, any that support the Palestinian cause with finances or arms are attacked literally and figuratively (see Iran, Libya, Iraq.)

Brother Jamil Al-Amin is looking more and more like a prophet every day. African Americans in power means nothing. They simply carry out the wishes of the system in place 400 years before they got there. To change the system is to be viewed as a militant, or God forbid, a liberal.

The time for tepid responses has long past. The Goldstone Report and these latest actions should create a public outcry all over the world.

I guess Sarah Palin's book and Carrie Prejeans sex tape are far more important.

Supreme Court Rejects Appeal Of Redskins Trademark

The Supreme Court refused to hear an appeal by native groups calling the Washington redskin's trademark "disparaging.

At issue was whether the plaintiffs were decades too late in filing the lawsuit, or whether the trademark should have been denied years ago since "redskins" is as offensive today as it was 500 years ago, a racial epithet that brings native people into "contempt, ridicule, and disrepute."

The justices without comment refused to intervene in the dispute ending the suit.

The team said it has spent "millions of dollars promoting, advertising, and protecting it's mark."

This ruling, or lack there of, really shows the true colors of our so called legal system. An entire race of people can be openly disparaged in front of millions of people simply because they were too late in complaining? Native people have been complaining, conceding, and fighting for over 500 years. to use a legal technicality to deny people basic human dignity is so shameful, ignorant, and bigoted the people making the decision have no business calling themselves human, let alone judges.

The media is no better. No lead stories, 30 second blurbs, or even a mention of this historic decision. Just more news about a dimwitted ex-Governor with the IQ of a moron who dictated a book that makes no sense.

Without publicity there can be no public outrage. Thanks media.

For all the idiots, racists, and assholes who believe the Native people are being overly sensitive, take this test. Walk up to the next Native American you see and call him/her a redskin and see what happens. As they beat the shit out of you, kindly explain that you were honoring them with a term of endearment and meant no disrespect. If you survive, or happen to meet an ignorant dufus, approach a Black person and call them nigger, a Hispanic person and call them (take your choice spic, beaner, wetback.) I will take odds in Vegas that you won't survive more than one hour. All of the judges should take this exercise.

I guess H. Rap Brown was right. A Black or Hispanic Supreme Court Justice makes no difference. They become part of the system that created them.

Tribute To Native Women

While watching this video I was reminded of a Native girl I dated long ago.

A member of the Mohawk nation, she was seperated from her husband. I met her while dancing at a night club. She loved to dance. She had a thirteen year old daughter and a sister and brother-in-law who loved her very much. It was the most honest relationship I ever had. She was beautiful in every way.

To make a long story short, she decided to reconcile with her cheating, lying, white husband. However, before she left, she introduced me to a friend of hers she thought I might like, a white girl, who turned out to be crazy.

But that's another story.

Cops Go Taser Crazy

Looks like it's open season for Cops with tasers. It is now legal to taser anyone for any reason, anytime they wish.

These popular hand held torture devices are being used to administer punishment on the spot. why deal with prosecutors and judges when you can just taze the suspect until he cries. Then do it again. If the suspect is Black or Hispanic, taze first, then handcuff. Even Whites who demand their rights are being tazed. Who needs the rack, when you can taze without breaking a sweat. Need a confession, taze away!

For this reason, I have very little sympathy for cops who get shot. As far as I am concerned, if you taze a 70 year old grandmother or teenager demanding his rights, you get what you deserve.

Shootout At Fort Hood

Muslims attacked America again yesterday, this time from within. This time a Major in the Army strolled onto the base with two handguns and proceeded to shoot 43 people, before he was shot by police.

First, my sincere condolences to the families of the victims of this horrible massacre. Those poor soldiers were merely doing their duty as they saw it. Victims of someone elses bad decision. Defenseless. Kinda like the family shot up in a car while approaching a checkpoint in Iraq. Or bombed while at a wedding in Afghanistan. Senseless.

I am actually surprised more attacks haven't occurred. There are millions of Muslims in the United States. None are pleased with our actions in Iraq and Afghanistan or our unyielding support for Israel. Yet, we persist in policies that alienate a large portion of our population.

If the United States invaded Mexico, there would be Mexicans here that would refuse to fight, and revolt if necessary. African-Americans would certainly think twice about fighting an African country. (Somalia was declared a humanitarian mission, until we got there.) What Italian-American would sign up to shoot Italians.

America prides itself on being a melting pot with all races and religions respected. In reality, Muslims, Hindus, Buddhists, and African religions are viewed as pagan cults. Native religions are openly mocked at half time at major sporting events. Only Christians are going to heaven, and maybe a few Jews who are lucky enough to convert.

Now Muslims throughout America will see what real discrimination is like. The Japanese were locked up in concentration camps though no Japanese American had attacked anyone. Look for increased surveillance, wiretaps, and arrests of anyone even suspected of sympathizing with "terrorist" organizations. Excuses will be made to discharge certain individuals from Military service. The Klan will stage marches. Businesses targeted.

America may be a melting pot, but what happens when you suspect some ingredients are rotten?

Israel Discriminates Against Ethiopian Jews

This should really come as no surprise.

The state of Israel invites Jews from all over the world to move to land they stole. Openly practice religious discrimination by requiring individuals to convert to Judaism to become citizens. Then treat them like second class citizens.

I guess the Israelis have never asked themselves where they come from.

Moses and Abraham were not from Israel originally. The Hebrews were from Africa and enslaved in Egypt. Therefore, the first Hebrews had to be Black or African. They had to be from Nubia or Ethiopia or surrounding areas. Egyptians rarely ventured into Mesopotamia. All the wealth and power were in Africa. Hebrews only became lighter in color through centuries of living in the Middle East, Europe, and Russia. After the alleged exodus.

Why treat our Brothers like slaves? because they are no different than the Arabs to the state. Second class citizens to provide a cheap labor force, except all the jobs are filled. They never expected so many Africans to show up.

They obviously don't know their own history.

Why A Black President Means Nothing

Another story the US media will not run. Any honest discussion on race here is avoided like the plague.

Even in a nation of Mixed race people, Blacks are discriminated against. Brazil was built by Africans. Every school, church, plantation and street. However, no Black has ever been elected President of Brazil. The Samba, Voodoo, and Carnivale are all African traditions embraced by the country. The women even have African asses!

Not one person has been able to explain why Whites treat us as animals all over the world. The original man was born in Africa, yet every poster on evolution shows a white man springing from the ape. Kinda reminds me of an incident that happened to my father.

Back in the mid-60's, our family stopped at a Big Boy Restaurant to eat. After getting the food, my father counted his change and found that he was $10 short. He asked that the cashier check to see if he had recieved all of his change, she angrily asked that he pull into the parking lot while she got the manager. As my father was recounting his change, the White manager walked out, accompanied by two police officers, hands on their guns.

My father discovered that his change was correct, apologized, and we left. The cops looked dissapointed.

Similar to what happened to this sister. Who gives a shit if she cut line at Walmart. Sometimes the lines are not well defined and stragglers jump in and out all the time. She did not deserve to be followed by police. She defended herself and was arrested for sassing the cops, just like Louis Gates. Now she is looking at 15 years for being a strong Black woman.

Who is Sunny Hostin? Did she forget she was Black when she became a prosecutor? Why is she defending racist cops and Walmart? I guess she has never been the victim of racial discrimination. To tell someone not to stand up for their rights, to watch their mouth, and permit racists to abuse you is akin to modern day slavery. This bitch should be ashamed. (I only call women bitches who deserve it.)

This is why the Black Panthers were necessary. They helped defend innocent Black people against police brutality and racism. Now we depend on the ACLU and the NAACP who's heads are firmly stuck up their asses. No protests have taken place, no investigation of the pigs, only charges for a Black woman who stood up for herself.

This proves beyond a shadow of a doubt that there is no longer a civil rights movement in the United States. Whites believe racism no longer exists and minorities believe there is no justice, so why bother.

Black Students Denied Entry To Chicago Club

Again, young, educated Blacks are amazed when confronted with open racism in the 21st century.

African-Americans coming up today are taught that racism was abolished immediately after Martin Luther King's speech in Washington D.C. That all people are treated equally. See, we have a Black President.

The Bouncers and Managers at this club had obviously been instructed to keep as many Black people out as possible. They didn't bat an eye as this poor student pled his case. Explaining what a "good nigger" he was.

When I moved to Chicago in the early 80's, I was immediately informed by a girlfriend that Blacks confined themselves to the South side and the West side of the city. Whites controlled the Loop, the North side and the East side. Blacks were routinely denied access to clubs, refused service in restaurants, and in some cases openly attacked if they ventured outside their area.

Authors like John Hope Franklin, Claude Brown,Bobby Seale, and Eldridge Cleaver should be required reading for young people today. Bury My Heart At Wounded Knee and the Autobiography of Malcolm X should be read before graduating High School by all students.

Then young people would realize that racism never died, it just changed from overt to covert. Sometimes it's still overt, but, you gotta know the difference.

The nite club has since agreed to send it's managers to diversity training and blah, blah, blah. Nothing can replace the feeling of embarrassment and humiliation felt by these young students as they were denied entry when whites are admitted. Shameful.

Sue their asses has become the remedy in cases like this.

In my day, someone would drive by later that night and throw a brick through the window, start a fire, or in some cases shoot the bouncer. Had these been black people that know racism immediately when they see it, this enitre situation could have ended badly.

U.S. Isolated On Cuban Trade Embargo

At last the media openly admits that U.S. foreign policy on Cuba is driven solely by Cuban exiles in Miami, not the vast majority of the American people.

I am part of an entire generation that has never been allowed to buy a cuban cigar (openly), sit on a cuban beach, or listen to Cuban music all day. My life might have turned out differently had I been able to visit Cuba in my youth.

African-Americans and all African people have a deep love for Cuba.

Cubans freely embrace their African roots. They came to the assistance of the ANC in South Africa, SWAPO in Namibia, and Angola resulting in independence for three African nations. Fidel Castro was one of the first to recognize and support Nelson Mandela while imprisoned, and one of the first to greet him upon his release.

The United States supported the apartheid government in South Africa and UNITA forces in Angola in an effort to not only maintain apartheid, but expand it.

Maybe it's the Cubans who are boycotting us!

San Jose Police Beat Unarmed Viet Student

Thanks to a cellphone video, the San Jose Police are caught beating a student with a metal baton while handcuffed and hitting him with their favorite instrument of torture, the Tazer.

Ah, technology. What would we do without it?

Before the Tazer, Police had to wear themselves out punching victims below the waist, burning them with cigarette butts, hanging them in their cells, or just making them dissapear.

Now they can Taze anybody. Armed or unarmed. Young or old. Rich or poor (mostly poor). Black, Brown, Red, Yellow, sometimes even white. The Tazer is a handheld torture device that leaves no marks. The pain is instantaneous, agonizing, and unmerciful. In the hands of a true sadist it is a work of genius.

The cellphone camera, once thought to be the stupidest idea ever, has become indespensible in exposing the truth in situations where the authority is believed 99%of the time. Incidents of Police brutality are seldom prosecuted by local officials as the city or state is liable for damages if the charge is proven. Internal Affairs officies are designed to limit Police liability and cover up misdeeds rather than expose them. When is the last time you ever heard of your Police Department of Internal Affairs announcing a major arrest or disciplinary action against one of it's officers that wasn't exposed by the media first?

Unfortunately this poor kid had to find out the hard way that he is not white. No matter what neighborhood he lives in, no matter what his income, not matter what his occupation, he is not white. The cops will beat you, taze you, kill you, sprinkle drugs on you and call it a day. These San Jose pigs are already looking for some excuse to justify their behavior. Maybe drugs, alcohol, probation violation, traffic ticket, or library fine.

The only avenue left for this poor kid, if he is still alive, is to sue the shit out of the city. There are probably not enough Vietnamese in the area to stage a proper riot, unless they can get the Latinos and Blacks involved. I hope he gets MILLIONS of dollars. The Police will not get fired or admit any wrongdoing, so, you might as well get paid. Justice in America equals dollar signs, nothing more.

Goldstone Dares U.S On U.N. Report

Richard Goldstone asked the U.S. to clarify flaws in the UN report on war crimes committed during the Israeli-Hamas conflict last year. The U.S called the report "flawed" and delayed a vote on the report for six months.

Richard Goldstone asked that the US clarify which parts of the report it considered flawed. So far he has received no indication that anyone in the Obama administration has even read the report.

When confronted with the truth about Israel this country avoids it, denies it, or completely hides from it. Why?

I love Jewish people as I love all people. Yet, somehow they have made it impossible to dislike the policies of Israel without hating Jews. Why?

Jews were instrumental in the demand for civil rights in the 60's. They gave legal advice, marched on the front lines and suffered with Freedom Fighters throughout the nation. I have a deep and abiding respect for them.

Time for Obama to re-evaluate his entire Mideast policy while he is reviewing Afghanistan as all are interconnected. The US is fighting the Taliban in Pakistan and Afghanistan. The Shia in Iran. Hamas in Palestine. Islamists in Somalia. Al Qaeda all over the world.

Time to ask some real serious questions and be prepared to face the truth. None of these wars would be occurring were it not for our unfounded total support for the state of Israel.

Can we not support the Jews without blindly supporting the state? Is not confronting a friend with the truth the greatest sign of friendship?

Hate Crimes Extended To LGBT

Finally, after over 230 years, hate crimes legislation has been extended to cover Lesbians, Gays, Bi-sexuals and Transvestites.

Despite Republican opposition, Democrats finally passed a meaningful bill the President can sign. The "Party Of No" never wanted hate crimes legislation of any kind. However, the dragging death of James Byrd and the return of lynchings in the South shifted the tide in the early 90's.

After hundreds of deaths and thousands of beatings, some reported some not, Congress finally recognizes that these were not individuals being targeted, but an entire class of people. Modern day genocide has occured right here in America while we chase criminals in Serbia and Rwanda.

Why Republicans felt the need to oppose this bill is beyond me. Surely they realize that a significant portion of their base is made up of closet homosexuals. Their argument that existing laws are sufficient to combat violent acts is quite ridiculous. If that were the case these crimes would never occur. The threat of additional penalty and the denial of parole would make the average person think twice before attacking someone simply because of their sexual preference.

Now all Obama has to do is sign the bill, lift Don't Ask Don't Tell, and start a productive dialogue with the Gay community to ensure re-election in 2012.

Judge Refuses To Marry Interracial Couple

Hundreds Of Palestinians Detained Without Charge

Just like the Native Americans of the late 1800's, at least 350 Palestinians have been detained indefinitely by Israeli authorities without charge.

Add illegal detention to the long list of Israeli war crimes, which include bombing schools and hospitals, using civilians as human shields, and using white phosphorous bombs.

The Apache, Lakota, Cheyenne, Creek, and Cherokee had their land taken, women and children killed, and fighting aged men and boys jailed in far away prisons without charge. Tribes that persisted in practising their religious beliefs and customs were re-educated or murdered. The oppressors kept up the pressure on all fronts until all of the land was under their control. Only then were limited rights returned.

When will our nation end it's support of the most hated nation on earth? Why do we continue to block U.N resolutions condemning torture, racism, injustice, and war crimes?

I believe the answer is money!!

Clinton Comes Around On Gay Marriage

Now that he is in no position to effect change, Slick Willie has come out in favor of Gay marriage.

Don't get me wrong. I applaud him for finally seeing the light, but a tepid acknowledgement in the middle of a half-hour interview is hardly a ringing endorsement.

My road to redemption began long ago.

As a kid growing up in Alabama, I had never seen, or knowingly met a gay person. One day in high school I was sitting at the lunch table with a group of friends. We were laughing and joking as usual about all the girls passing by. How fine or fat they were. If they were fucking.

This kid walked by. Everybody got quiet.

The kid next to me says, "that kid looks like a girl." Beneath his voice kinda.

The kid next to him asks, which one?"

I yell out, "that one!"

The kid turned around and looked directly at me. He looked confused, hurt, surprised. Not ashamed.

I guess it's because he had a nice ass.

Anyway, a few minutes later, he strolled by again. This time with a group of friends.

They get within earshot. He whirls. Points at me. Says, "that one!"

I understood from that day.

Even though I am still homophobic at certain levels, I am heartily in favor of gay marriage for several reasons:

First. We hold these truths to be self evident. That all men are created equal. That they are endowed by their creator with certain inalienable rights. That among these are life, liberty, AND THE PURSUIT OF HAPPINESS! If gay people believe that marriage will make them happy, end of argument. Frankly, I think we have been doing them a huge favor all these years.

Second. Do you want your son or daughter to marry someone who is gay and in the closet? That's what happens when they can't marry each other.

Third. I want my son or daughter to be free from open discrimination if they happen to be gay. The laws restricting Gay marriage are the same as the laws passed against inter racial marriages. How can you have rights in one state and not another? I'll bet your dollar spends the same in both.

Thank you Bill Clinton for seeing the light eight years too late. By the way, Don't Ask Don't Tell, was a real winner!

NFL Union Chief Comes Out Against Rams Sale

NFL Union Chief Demaurice Smith has also come out against the sale of the Rams to Rush Racist. However, some sellouts like "Scoop Jackson" and Mercury Morris have come out in favor of the sale.

How do these idiots make it on television. Scoops position is that if Rush has the money he will probably get a team. Mercury Morris wants him to get a team "so he will see what it's like to be in the trenches" as an NFL owner. Their rationale is flawed, idiotic, buffonish. However, these idiots' opinions are widely sought by ESPN, CNN, and others to divide and soften a unified stance. Whites can now point to these idiots and say, "Mercury said it was OK." What a crock.

I hate to say it, but my own race is still stupidly being led by the nose by White bigots. Sure, we'll speak up about Limbaugh, but let Daniel Snyder, that racist who owns the Kansas City Chiefs, and the bigot who owns the Cleveland Indians off the hook. Why? Because we are stoopid! Discrimination and racism directed towards any race is racism directed against all races.

Al Sharpton Petitions NFL Against Sale Of Rams To Limbaugh

The Rev. Al Sharpton sent a letter to Commissioner Roger Goodell asking that the St. Louis Rams not be sold to racist Rush Limbaugh. Accusing Rush of being "divisive" and making "anti-NFL" comments, Rev. Al has asked that supporters send letters to the Commissioner expressing their outrage. Several African-American NFL players have stated that they would refuse to play for the Rams if Rush bought the team.

While I applaud the Rev. Al for finally waking up, where has he been for the last 50 years while a team called the "Washington Redskins" continues to denigrate Native Americans every day. Where are the boycotts, the sit-ins, the letters to the Commissioner? Why are Blacks and Hispanics continuing to play for the most racist team in all of sports? Where is the outrage?

Sure Limbaugh is a racist, bigoted asshole, but, so is Daniel Snyder! Don't start and stop with Limbaugh! Go after Daniel Snyder! Otherwise you look like a self-serving, publicity seeking whore!

Obama Wins The Nobel Peace Prize-Conservative Heads Explode

President Barack Obama won the prestigious Nobel Peace Prize and world recognition as an agent for peace in the world.

Instead of praising the President, political pundits all over America have howled and screamed that he didn't deserve it. That he is a wartime President that has done nothing to advance the cause of peace. Yet, no pundit has indicated who they thought was more deserving. The conservatives cheered when America lost out on the Olympic bib for Chicago and booed when Obama won the Nobel Peace Prize.

He deserves the Nobel Peace Prize. The prize is for individuals who advance the cause of peace while surrounded by hatred. The same pundits who argue that Obama didn't deserve the award are the same assholes who said Dr. King didn't deserve it. He was also surrounded by hatred. He was called names, beaten in the streets, and jailed. Yet, he maintained that peaceful protest was the only real way to effect change.

Obama has enacted many policies that have advanced the cause of peace. He opened a new dialog with North Korea resulting in new talks on nuclear weapons and the release of two American journalists. He ended the missile defense shield in Europe which caused great apprehension in Russia and Eastern Europe. He started a new dialogue with the Muslim world based on mutual respect. He is drawing down the troops in Iraq and letting the Iraqis decide their own future. He is pushing for healthcare for all Americans, which will directly benefit the poor. He even met with a racist cop and his victim to try to heal the racial divide in this country which has existed for 400 years. He has done all these things while confronted by hatred and racism. Not from foreign leaders, but, from his own people. Any other African-American would have slapped the shit out of Joe Wilson, but not Barack Obama. For that reason alone, give him the award.

Pundits fail to mention any of his accomplishments while denigrating him for getting the worldwide recognition he deserves. They howl that the only reason he got the award was that he is not George Bush. That giving him the award was a repudiation of Bush policies more than anything he personally has accomplished. they point to the fact that President Obama and his staff were just as surprised as the rest of the nation. They immediatelty wanted to know what he was going to do with the 1.4 million dollar award, then sneered when he said he would donate it to charity. What a crock.

There has never been a Nobel Prize winner of any kind who said "I deserve this award and thanks for recognizing that I am better than the rest of those losers." Never. No one asked the other American Nobel Prize winners what they planned to do with the award money, only Obama. No one asks if the other Nobel prize winners will "earn" their award, only Obama.

Still more hatred for a man who has only tried to advance the cause of peace, dialog, and understanding. Still think he is undeserving?

Thank You Harry Connick Jr. After a group of Australian doctors performed a Michael Jackson "tribute" in blackface, Connick correctly showed his outrage and educated an insensitive Australian audience.

Australians have no moral compass. They attempted to eradicate the entire population of Aborigones through straght up genocide. The Black population of Australia has been reduced to a handful of oppressed souls unable to fight the everyday racism occuring all around them. They barely bother to protest as their oppresors no longer care. Every now and then they trot out an Aborigone as a symbol of racial equality (remember the Olympics) and claim racism no longer exists. This video proves that is not the case.

Janeane Garofalo Calls Teabaggers Racist

OK. I have a new sweetheart. It is Janeane Garofalo. I have always been attracted to women with brains and who can appreciate humor.

Risking her career and the ostracism of closet racists everywhere, she boldly called the teabaggers racist, joining Jimmy Carter as the only white person brave enough to do so. She has stuck by her comments and repeated them on Bill Maher's show on Friday.

She also called out Michael Steele, who is in the Uncle Tom Hall Of Fame. She indicated that Uncle Steele suffers from Stockholm Syndrome, currying favor with his oppresors so that one day he might be free.

Black people are afraid to make these statements for fear of being accused of playing the race card. They stand silently by as brave soles in the white community risk everything to state the truth and call out the racists among them. Our leaders are being exposed as cowards in the face of obvious racism, much like the slaves who tried to discourage others from taking the underground railroad. These people will never be free.

U.N. Delays Vote On Goldstone Report-Abbas Under Siege

The U.N. delayed a crucial vote on the Goldstone report on Israeli and Hamas war crimes for six months after pressure from the U.S. and Israel and the tacit approval of the Palestinian Authority.

The outcry in the occupied territories was immediate.

The Israeli invasion into the Gaza Strip resulted in over 1400 Palestinian deaths, with the majority of the casualties being women and children. The Israeli Army reported 10 soldiers killed and 3 Israeli civilians.

Approving the vote delay implies that Abbas is a total lackey to Washington and Israel. Failing to expose Israeli war crimes, and have the nations of the world recognize them as war criminals, severely weakens the cause of freedom and justice for the Palestinian people. Without justice there can be no peace.

The Palestinian people have been subjected to endless injustices by Israel since the states founding in 1948. Palestinians have had their land seized, their leaders isolated and assassinated, their farms and houses bulldozed, and women and children murdered.

Israel has not been sanctioned, embargoed, or even threatened for it's heinous actions by the U.N. or Western powers.

Why?

Saddam Husein, Manuel Noriega, and Hugo Chavez have been hanged, jailed, and ostracized for far less. Our nation is a nation of hypocrites. Justice depends on skin color, ethnic background, and money. The Palestinians are the Native Americans of the middle east. Their culture, religion, and heritage mean nothing to the western powers who are still fighting the crusades.

Delaying the vote was the final straw for the Palestinian people. The protests are just the beginning. Already riots are taking place in Jerusalem as Israel seized the third holiest shrine in Islam so that Jewish pilgrims could pray at a piece of a wall. Abbas will be targeted next. Although Palestinians are rarely assassinated by Palestinians, Abbas just became a prime target. Turncoats and collaborators generally get what they deserve.

Goldstone Defends Israeli War Crimes Report

Richard Goldstone was called upon to defend his report to the U.N on war crimes committed by Israel and Hamas during their conflict last year.

Fareed Zakaria, the token Muslim from CNN, tried hard to equate the actions of Hamas with the heinous crimes Israel committed.

While Hamas fired highly inaccurate rockets towards Israel in hopes of hitting a substantial target, Israel responded with phosphorous shell, human shields, and shelling schools, hospitals, farms, and flour factories. Hardly a fair comparison.

No video evidence. No interviews with Palestinians. No body counts. Just a sad attempt to make both parties equally responsible.

Any doubts that the media is controlled by Israeli sympathizers were shot to hell. Even Richard Goldstone, a Jew, has demanded action against Israel, something our nation has refused to do.

Thanks for your efforts Mr. Goldstone. In keeping with the old saying "tell the truth, then leave immediately."

Eight Americans Killed In Afghanistan-Obama's Delema

With the killing of eight more U.S. troops in Afghanistan, President Obama now has hard choices to make about the direction of the war effort.

General Stanley McChrystal has requested 40,000 additional troops to conduct the war,something the President must consider long and hard before sending.

First he must consider the source of the request. General McChrystal, although chosen by Obama to lead the war effort in Afghanistan, is firmly in the pocket of the Republican party. They have been speculating for months that additional troops would be requested, although the 20,000 additional troops Obama authorized have yet to be deployed. General McChrystal also headed up the Pat Tillman cover-up for the Bush administration. Bestowing a Silver Star on a soldier shot to death by friendly fire and fabricating a heroic lie to placate the family and ensure re-election for Bush/Cheney.

Second, he should ask the General what he will accomplish with 40,000 additional troops? Are these troops required to maintain the status quo or will they drive every single Taliban fighter out of Afghanistan? If it is to maintain the status quo surely additional troops will be needed, even if the General gets the 40,000 he asked for. No one wants an indefininate stalemate.

Third, who are we fighting and what are we fighting for? Are we fighting the Taliban, Al-Qeda or both? Although the Taliban sheltered Bin-laden, they had no idea he would attack America. They also had no means to capture him and bring him to justice, even if they wanted to. President Obama will soon learn that an idea is hard to defeat. The Taliban get no wages, health benefits, or education for fighting. They believe in an ideology which encompasses their religion. Our paid soldiers are fighting for revenge only. How much revenge is enough.

Fourth, where the hell is the international community? The rest of the allies are going home or scaling back. Why not ask Great Britian, France, and the other NATO powers for the additional troops? Why are the Afghans not stepping up to defend their own country?

Fifth, how will we know when we have won? Bin Laden will probably never be captured. It has been nine years. Billions of dollars have been spent yet he continues to produce videos mocking us. Mullah Omar is still fighting. What has been accomplished?

Lastly, who is running Afghanistan? Hamid Karzai is a U.S. puppet who will probably be assassinated by his bodyguards at some point. He is not safe outside Kabul and he utilized the Zimbabwe and Iran election models to secure power. You know the model. Stage an election, stuff the ballots, throw away votes for the opposition, declare victory. If the opposition complains, shoot them, beat them, then offer them a Prime Minister or Vice President position.

Obama should call General McChrystal on the carpet. He should tell him that if he gets the additional troops and does not effectively wipe the Taliban off the face of the earth he will not only be fired but executed.

Hooray for Alan Grayson for finally telling it like it is.

The truth is, the Republicans have no plan. The didn't for eight years under Reagan and twelve years under both Bushes. No heathcare bill has ever come out of a Republican controlled House or Senate. They have proven time and time again to be firmly in the pockets of the insurance companies. Obama must realize that he will not get a single Republican vote, regardless of what is in the final bill.

As an Orlando native for the past twenty years, I am extremely proud to call Alan Grayson our Representative. No apology is necessary. Continue to do your job! You will always have my vote.

Yellow Dog Democrats Kill Public Option

When push came to shove, the democrats shot themselves in the foot. Three "yellow dog" Democrats voted to kill the public healthcare option, including Max Baccus the Finance Committee Chairman and head dog.

As a business professional for over 25 years I know how crucial the public option is.

One of the companies I worked for offered three major HMO plans, Aetna, Blue Cross, and United Healthcare. Aetna offered premiums about one-third less than the other two plans. Most employees chose Aetna. The following year, the other two plans were not offered as they could not compete in the market. Aetna's rates were increased by one-third.

The following year Aetna increased it's rates by 200%. That's right 200%! the average employee received a 3.5% increase in wages.

Everyone freaked out and began to drop all coverage during the open enrollment period. The state had a public option called "Florida Kids" that covered children of individuals living at or near the poverty level. Most employees were without coverage for themselves while their kids were covered by the state. These were the only options available.

Without a public option we will forever be at the mercy of the insurance companies who are in the business for profit only. The well being of the patient is secondary to profit, always.

Forcing every citizen to be covered by a private insurer only gives the insurance companies 30 million new customers. The companies usually collude to fix rates so that all are similar. The rates are increased every year, not based on competition, but pre-determined in dark rooms. Just like increases in home insurance after a hurricane and car insurance after an accident, health insurance will increase after a claim. claims will continue to be bogged down in bureaucracy as people die. Patients may no longer choose their own doctors as doctors change which insurance they will accept based on payments and the amount of paperwork required.

There can be no reform without a public option. Anything else is a Roman orgy for the insurance companies. Doctors, insurance companies, and pharmaceutical companies will get RICH on the the suffering of the sick.

The Yellow Dogs must be voted out of office. They are clearly in the pockets of the insurance companies as exhibited by their vote. Where the hell is the Majority Whip? Time to use it to whip some ass~!
